Edumersive (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the https://www.edumersive.nl website and our smartphone application; Artificial Reality Tour (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”).

The service is the https://www.edumersive.nl website, Google Playstore and iOS App store application operated by Edumersive

Usage Data is data is not being collected by Edumersive. The only data that is being collected is by the Google Playstore and Apple Appstore.

We collect several different types of information for various purposes to provide and improve our Service to you on our website and apps. The Edumersive application collects user interaction data for your organisation, viewable by a designated persons within your organisation.

Types of Data Collected

Personal Data – application

Common app data – data that is being collected by Google and Apple. Edumersive does not collect data in the app. It is a open/free to use app made for the goverment.

Smartphone permissions – application

We use a couple of smartphone permission for the following goals:

Camera  – Camera permissions are required to use the AR segment of the app. Without camera permissions AR can’t function. The application does not take and store any pictures.

Internet state –  A internet connection is needed to get online data for AR display.

Legal Basis for Processing Personal Data under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR)

If you are from the European Economic Area (EEA), Edumersive legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Data we collect and the specific context in which we collect it.

Edumersive does not collect and store any data with the app.

    Service providers

    We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service (“Service Providers”), provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used.

    In this case the application uses a SDK from Microsoft to provide a good AR experience.
